BUFFALO BIKE TOURS KICKS THINGS INTO GEAR FOR 2020
Buffalo Bike Tours 2020 season is off and running. We are open Saturday and Sunday 10am-7pm and by appointment. Bikes rent for $15/ hr, $30/ 3 hrs, and $50/ day. They’re super comfy (enough to ride 10+ miles), plus stylish to boot. Take a self guided tour, or create your own adventure!
STAYING SAFE DURING COVID-19
Worried about safety? We are committed to taking precautions to keep our guests safe including:
- Cleaning and disinfecting bikes.
- Rotating bikes so that the newest rented goes to the end of the line, letting bikes “rest” before being used.
- Using a touch-less thermometer to check no guests are running a temperature.
- Ensuring our groups are small – we cap tours at no more than 12 guests a tour.
- Keeping riders naturally 6 feet apart.
- Carrying a portable sound system to enable spacing and assist those hard of hearing.
- Having masks available for those without one.

JOHN YOUNG DAY – SATURDAY, JUNE 27TH
Drop by Buffalo Bike Tours for John Young Day on June 27th for a socially distant “event” where Lina Brown-Young will be serving her father’s infamous mambo wings, a recipe that has been unavailable for the last 20 years. Brown-Young’s father, John Young, was proprietor of Wings N’ Things, Buffalo’s first chicken wing shop located on Jefferson Avenue but has been largely omitted from official city narratives. The special thing about mambo wings was the sauce, often described as “lip smacking and liver quivering”. Check out our video preview below.
